Cats are experts when it comes to hiding injuries and illnesses, which means that we need to be diligent in monitoring for potential issues. Our vets in Westfield talk about common cat illnesses and signs to watch for when your cat is sick.
When Cats Get Sick
Cats can occasionally become sick with seemingly no warning at all. Cat illnesses range from upper respiratory infections (cat colds), to diabetes, feline immunodeficiency virus, feline leukemia virus, parasites, hyperthyroidism, urinary disorders, age-related disease and even cancer.
